Service Availability and Management. Service Availability means the number of hours the particular service will be available to Acquirer. Planet Payment will monitor each service and all scheduled and unscheduled downtime will be logged and reported on a monthly basis. The Service Availability matrix for reporting purposes is found in Appendix 1.
