Common use of Server Ready Clause in Contracts

Server Ready. Any material, data, software or products You provide to SherWeb in connection with SherWeb Services shall be server ready, meaning that they shall be in a condition and form, as determined solely by SherWeb, which requires no additional manipulation or verification on the part of SherWeb. Attempting to place or requesting placement of non-server-ready material, data, software or products on SherWeb’s servers shall be a material breach of this Agreement.

Server Ready. Any material, data, software or products You provide the Recipient provides to SherWeb in connection with SherWeb Services shall be server ready, meaning that they shall be in a condition and form, as determined solely by SherWeb, form which requires no additional manipulation or verification on the part of SherWeb. Attempting to place or requesting placement of non-server-ready material, SherWeb may reject any data, software or products on from the Recipient which, in SherWeb’s servers shall be a material breach of this Agreementreasonable opinion, is not server-ready.
