SERVER PRODUCTS. Subject to the terms and conditions of this First Amendment, Licensor hereby grants to CREATIVE a non-transferable, non-exclusive, world-wide right and license (with a right to sublicense pursuant to Section 2.2 hereto) to (i) use the Server Products internally in conjunction with the CREATIVE * ; and (ii) to make such copies from the Golden Master of the server Products as reasonably necessary to operate and maintain the CREATIVE * , which the parties currently contemplate will be no more than five (5) copies.
