Server Hosting. Vendor warrants that it will continue to utilize dedicated server hosting at RackSpace or a similarly SOX 70 compliant hosting facility (“Hosting Company”), mutually agreed upon by both Parties. Vendor shall ensure that the Hosting Company adheres to their Dedicated Server Service Level Agreement, hereby noted as Addendum One to this Service Level Agreement. a. Vendor utilizes RackSpace b. Vendor ensures that there are no bandwidth limitations based on the agreements set forth in the Hosting Company’s Dedicated Server Service Level Agreement noted as Addendum One.
