Serve Without Interruption. 2.5.1 Franchisee shall perform all duties throughout the term of this Agreement without interruption.
Serve Without Interruption. Franchisee shall Collect, Process, and market (if applicable) Commercial and Residential Solid Waste, Recyclable, and Organics Materials throughout the Term of this Agreement without interruption except as described in Section 12.5 (Excuse from Performance).
