Servants. The OCCUPANT may employ full-time or part-time servants. The OCCUPANT shall be responsible for the payment of wages to such servants, and shall be responsible for their behaviour as well as for any damage caused by them to the UNIT or the COMPLEX. LEISURE HOMES shall not be obliged to provide any live-in quarters for such servants.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence.   • Subcontractors and Agents Business Associate hereby agrees that any time PHI is provided or made available to any subcontractors or agents, Business Associate shall provide only the minimum necessary PHI for the purpose of the covered transaction and shall first enter into a subcontract or contract with the subcontractor or agent that contains the same terms, conditions and restrictions on the use and disclosure of PHI as contained in this Agreement.

  • Sub-Contractors Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.
