SERVABILITY. 1. This agreement shall be subject to all applicable laws. In the event any provision of this Agreement is contrary to law, it shall be of no further force and effect, but the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 2. The Board and the Union agree to meet within thirty (30) days following notification by either party that any provision of this agreement has been determined unlawful, for the purpose of negotiating a lawful alternative provision on the same matter.
