Common use of Series Clause in Contracts

Series. The Company shall deliver to the Trustee before any Redemption Date for the Bonds of 4.27% Series its calculation of the amount applicable to such redemption. The Trustee shall be under no duty to inquire into, may presume the correctness of, and shall be fully protected in acting upon, the Company’s calculation of any redemption price of the Bonds of 4.27

Series. The Company shall deliver to the Trustee before any Redemption Date for the Bonds bonds of 4.275.24% Series its calculation of the amount applicable to such redemption. The Trustee shall be under no duty to inquire into, may presume the correctness of, and shall be fully protected in acting upon, the Company’s calculation of any redemption price Redemption Price of the Bonds bonds of 4.275.24% Series. If at the time notice of redemption is given the redemption moneys are not on deposit with the Trustee, then the redemption shall be subject to the receipt of such moneys on or before the Redemption
