Common use of Series E Redemption Clause in Contracts

Series E Redemption. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in this Agreement, the Series E Preferred Shares shall, prior and in preference to any redemption of the Series A Preferred Shares, the Series B Preferred Shares, the Series C Preferred Shares and/or Series D Preferred Shares, be redeemable at the option of the Series E Preferred Holders as provided herein:
