Common use of Series A Notes Clause in Contracts

Series A Notes. On March 12, 2021 and on each March 12 thereafter to and including March 12, 2024 the Company will prepay $10,000,000 principal amount (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) of the Series A Notes at par and without payment of the Make-Whole Amount or any premium, provided that upon any partial prepayment of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.2 or any partial purchase of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.5, the principal amount of each required prepayment of the Series A Notes becoming due under this Section 8.1(a) on and after the date of such prepayment or purchase shall be reduced in the same proportion as the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Series A Notes is reduced as a result of such prepayment or purchase.

Series A Notes. On March 12August 23, 2021 and on the 23rd day of each March 12 November, February, May and August thereafter to and including March 12August 23, 2024 2027, the Company will prepay $10,000,000 800,000.00 principal amount (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) of the Series A Notes at par and without payment of the Make-Whole Amount or any premium, provided that upon any partial prepayment of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.2 or any 8.3 or partial purchase of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.58.6 (provided that Section 8.6 has been amended pursuant to Section 17.1(c) to permit purchases of the Series A Notes), the principal amount of each required prepayment of the Series A Notes becoming due under this Section 8.1(a) on and after the date of such prepayment or purchase shall be reduced in the same proportion as the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Series A Notes is reduced as a result of such prepayment or purchaseprepayment.

On March 12April 21, 2021 2014 and on each March 12 April 21 thereafter to and including March 12April 21, 2024 2017 the Company will prepay $10,000,000 20,000,000 principal amount (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) of the Series A Notes at par and without payment of the Make-Whole Amount or any premium, provided that upon any partial prepayment of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.2 or any partial purchase of the Series A Notes pursuant to Section 8.5, the principal amount of each required prepayment of the Series A Notes becoming due under this Section 8.1(a) 8.1 on and after the date of such prepayment or purchase shall be reduced in the same proportion as the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Series A Notes is reduced as a result of such prepayment or purchase.
