Common use of Serial Numbers Clause in Contracts

Serial Numbers. The Borrower shall provide the Lenders within sixty (60) days after the date of each Borrowing with the serial numbers with respect to the applicable GPU Servers (if any) that were acquired by the Borrower with the proceeds of such Borrowing.
