RS232 9600 Baud 8N1 • Speed output is in ASCII characters (ASCII <HUNS>, ASCII <TENS>, ASCII <ONES> <CR>) For example: A radar unit reading a speed of 55 would send ASCII 0, ASCII 5, ASCII 5 <13>. Output of speed shall occur only on change of target speed. If radar unit is not tracking a target, radar unit will send a zero speed once every 2 seconds.
