Sequential Exercise Sample Clauses

Sequential Exercise. The option granted herein shall not be exercisable while there is outstanding any other incentive stock option under Section 422A of the Code, which was granted to the Optionee prior to the grant of this option, to purchase Common Stock of the Company or a parent corporation or a subsidiary corporation. An incentive stock option shall be treated as outstanding until such option is exercised in full, is surrendered, or expires by reason of lapse of time.
Sequential Exercise. Options granted to the Optionee may be exercised in any order, so that the Optionee may exercise an Option if another Option, granted at an earlier time, remains outstanding in whole or in part.
Sequential Exercise. Options granted to the Director may be exercised in any order, so that the Director may exercise an Option if another Option, granted to him at an earlier time, remains outstanding in whole or in part.
Sequential Exercise. This Option is not exercisable while there is outstanding any incentive stock option which was granted before the granting of this stock option to the Employee to purchase stock in the Company.

Sequential Exercise. Not withstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Option may not be exercised while there is outstanding any incentive stock option which was granted, before the Grant Date, to the Optionee to purchase the Common Stock of the Company or any other corporation which, on the Grant Date, was a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company or any predecessor of such a Parent or Subsidiary. Any incentive stock option shall be considered outstanding until exercised in full or until it expires by reason of lapse of time. For the purposes of the Agreement, the term "incentive stock option" shall mean an option which is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422A of the Code.
