SEPTA Repairs Sample Clauses
SEPTA Repairs. SEPTA will use reasonable efforts to cause to be made all necessary structural repairs to exterior walls, structural columns, and structural floors which collectively enclose the Premises (excluding, however, all doors, door frames, storefronts, windows and glass and any repairs necessitated by the acts or omissions of Lessee, its agents, servants and/or employees; provided Lessee shall give SEPTA prompt notice of the necessity for such repairs. The failure of SEPTA to make any such repairs shall not constitute a default by SEPTA hereunder. In no event shall SEPTA be liable for leakage of water or other substances into the Premises, nor any damage caused thereby, and Lessee does hereby release SEPTA and waive any claims again SEPTA resulting therefrom. Roof penetration(s) are not permitted under this Lease.
