Common use of Separation Bonus Clause in Contracts

Separation Bonus. Payment of a separation bonus in an amount equal to the target Annual Performance Bonus to which Executive may have been entitled for the year in which Executive’s employment terminates, prorated to reflect that portion of the year in which Executive was employed prior to termination, less all customary and required taxes and employment-related deductions, paid at the same time as the payment in (i) above.

Separation Bonus. Payment of a separation bonus in an amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the target Annual Performance Bonus to which Executive may have been entitled for the year in which Executive’s employment terminates, such 75% amount to be prorated to reflect that portion of the year in which Executive was employed prior to termination, less all customary and required taxes and employment-related deductions, paid at on the same time date as the initial payment in under (i) above).

Separation Bonus. Payment of a separation bonus in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) of the target Annual Performance Bonus to which Executive may have been entitled for the year in which Executive’s employment terminates, prorated to reflect that portion of the year in which Executive was employed prior to termination, less all customary and required taxes and employment-related deductions, paid at on the same time date as the payment in under (i) above).

Separation Bonus. Payment of a separation bonus in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) of the target Annual Performance Bonus to which Executive may have been entitled for the year in which Executive’s employment terminates, prorated to reflect that portion of the year in which Executive was employed prior to termination, less all customary and required taxes and employment-related deductions, paid at on the same time date as the initial payment in under (i) above).

Separation Bonus. Payment of a separation bonus in an amount equal to the target Annual Performance Bonus to which Executive may have been entitled for the year in which Executive’s employment terminates, prorated to reflect that portion of the year in which Executive was employed prior to terminationemployed, less all customary and required taxes and employment-related deductions, paid at on the same time as first payroll date following the payment in date on which the release of claims required by Section 4(e) becomes effective and non-revocable, but not after fifty-five (i55) abovedays following the effective date of termination from employment.
