Separate Tax Lots. Evidence satisfactory to Lender that the Premises constitutes a separate lot for real estate tax and assessment purposes, and that the enforcement of any rights or remedies of Lender under the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the right to cause any of the Premises to be sold at judicial or non-judicial sale) shall not be subject to or conditioned upon obtaining any Governmental Approvals.
