Separate Name. The Company shall, and shall cause SEP GP to, (i) conduct their respective businesses in their respective own names, (ii) use separate stationery, invoices, and checks, (iii) correct any known misunderstanding regarding their respective separate identities from that of any other Person (including SET and its Subsidiaries other than the Company and SEP GP), and (iv) generally hold itself out as an entity separate from any other Person (including SET and its Subsidiaries other than the Company and SEP GP).
