Common use of Separate Name Clause in Contracts

Separate Name. The Company shall, and shall cause ETE to, (i) conduct their respective businesses in their respective own names, (ii) use separate stationery, invoices, and checks, (iii) correct any known misunderstanding regarding their respective separate identities from that of any other Person, and (iv) generally hold itself out as an entity separate from any other Person.
