Separate Interconnection Agreement. The Parties recognize that Seller will enter into a separate Interconnection Agreement with the Interconnection Provider. 5.2.1 The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Interconnection Agreement shall be a separate and free-standing contract regardless of Seller’s counterparties to such an agreement, that nothing in the Interconnection Agreement shall alter or modify Seller’s or MP’s rights or obligations under this Agreement, and that nothing in this Agreement shall alter or modify Seller’s rights or obligations under the Interconnection Agreement. 5.2.2 Seller recognizes that, for purposes of this Agreement, the Interconnection Provider shall be deemed to be a separate entity and separate contracting party whether or not the Interconnection Agreement is entered into with MP or an Affiliate of MP.
