Separate Instrument. This Guaranty constitutes a separate instrument, enforceable in accordance with its terms, and neither this Guaranty nor the obligations of Guarantor under this Guaranty will, under any circumstance or in any legal proceeding, be deemed to have merged into any other agreement or obligation of Guarantor.
