SEPARATE DOCUMENT OF TITLE. In the event that the separate document of title to the Property has been or is issued whether prior to, on or after the auction sale. (a) The Bank /Bank shall not be required to register its charge(s) nor to procure a memorandum of transfer in favour of the Purchaser from the Developer or the Proprietor (as the case may be): (b) If there are any restrictions in interest affecting the Property, the purchaser shall comply with the restriction in interest and ensure that the sale is completed within the time period stipulated in Clause 8.9 above; and
