Separate Branches of County Government. The parties agree that provisions in this CLA governing hours and working conditions do not apply to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Superior Court, District Court and Council. Those agencies have the authority to negotiate hours and working conditions separate and apart from this CLA.
