Separate and Shared Resources. StackCo will have certain of its own engineering, sales, support, internal business controls, and quality control personnel, and such personnel will report directly or indirectly to StackCo’s managing director. StackCo will use resources shared with the rest of Veoneer for some of these and other business functions. Further details regarding such personnel and use of shared resources will be set forth in the Resources Plan.
