Separate Accounting Units. Each Picture and the Ancillary Rights relating thereto shall be treated as a separate accounting unit and there shall be no cross-collateralization of the Gross Receipts or Distribution Costs, as defined in paragraph 11 below, among the Pictures hereunder or between the Pictures and any Derivative Works. Cross-collateralization of Gross Receipts and Distribution Costs in different markets and media (including home video and Ancillary Rights) within each Picture is permissible. c.
