Separable Agreements. Non-Disclosure Agreement for Confidential Information: a. Confidential information to be disclosed: None. The parties shall not disclose confidential or proprietary information under this Subaward; however, in no case shall either party do so without executing a separable Non- Disclosure Agreement in advance of the transfer and before its incorporation into this Subaward Agreement through written amendment to this agreement. A separable Non-Disclosure Agreement UTA: as of (MM/DD/YYYY) has been executed between the parties. Its terms and conditions shall govern as it relates to the disclosure of confidential or proprietary information under this Subaward Agreement.
