SEPA Contract. At least 30 days prior to the expected Effective Date and each October 1 thereafter during the Term of this Agreement, Big Rivers shall submit to LEM a schedule showing the amount of Power Big Rivers wishes to have delivered to it under the SEPA Contract during each month ("SEPA Schedule") of the following Partial Year or Year. LEM shall act as Big Rivers' agent for the scheduling of Power under the SEPA Contract and shall have the right to determine (consistent with the provisions of the SEPA Contract) the timing of deliveries of such Power during each month; provided, however, for purposes of the administration of this contract, such POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BIG RIVERS ELECTRIC CORPORATION AND LG&E ENERGY MARKETING INC. deliveries shall be deemed, after-the-fact, to have occurred consistent with the SEPA Schedule and, to the maximum extent allowable under the SEPA Contract, during hours of the Members' demand on Big Rivers' system.
