Common use of SentinelOne Clause in Contracts

SentinelOne. As between the Parties, We reserve all right, title and interest in and to the Solutions (and any and all modifications to or derivative works of the Solutions) and any and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in the SentinelOne Solution (collectively, the “SentinelOne IP”).
