SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION. The Contractor must protect, and take measures to assure that its subcontractors at each tier protect "sensitive information" made available during the course of administering an Authority contract or subcontract in accordance with 49 U.S.C. § 40119(b) and implementing X.X.XXX regulations, "Protection of Sensitive Security Information," 49 C.F.R. Part 15, and with 49 U.S.C. § 114(s) and implementing Department of Homeland Security regulations, "Protection of Sensitive Security Information," 49 C.F.R. Part 1520.
