Common use of SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

SENSITIVE SECURITY INFORMATION. (a) CONSULTANT shall maintain in confidence, and shall cause its Key Employees (as hereinafter defined) to maintain in confidence, (a) all contract documents and information to be developed under this AGREEMENT, and (b) all records, documents, and information provided to CONSULTANT by RIAC for CONSULTANT’s preparation of said contract documents and information, that contain and/or constitute Sensitive Security Information (“SSI”) as defined by 49 C.F.R. 1520.7, including without limitation, for (a) and (b), above, all data, plans, specifications, sketches, drawings, other renderings, individual personnel records, and all other records, documents and information that contain and/or constitute SSI. CONSULTANT shall restrict access to all such records, documents and information that contain and/or constitute SSI only to those employees of CONSULTANT who require such access to perform the services required under this Agreement (such employees, “Key Employees”).
