Senior Note Guarantees. As provided in the Indenture and subject to certain limitations therein set forth, the Obligations of AK Steel under the Indenture and this Security are Guaranteed on a senior basis pursuant to Senior Note Guarantees endorsed hereon by the Guarantors, which includes Holding and each Guarantor Subsidiary. The Indenture provides that a Guarantor Subsidiary shall be released from its Senior Note Guarantee and that the Holder shall have no further claim against such Guarantor Subsidiary upon compliance with certain conditions.
