Common use of Senior Indebtedness to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Senior Indebtedness to Trustee. The Trustee will be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article XI in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it in its individual capacity to the same extent as any other holder of such Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture or any other supplemental indenture issued in accordance with Article VIII of this Indenture will be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

Senior Indebtedness to Trustee. The Trustee will be entitled to all of the rights set forth in this Article XI ARTICLE XIII in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it in its individual capacity to the same extent as any other holder of such Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture or any other supplemental indenture issued in accordance with Article ARTICLE VIII of this Indenture will be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

Senior Indebtedness to Trustee.
