Common use of Senior Debt Status Clause in Contracts

Senior Debt Status. The Obligations will at all times rank (a) at least pari passu in right of payment with all other Senior Indebtedness of the Loan Parties and (b) prior in right of payment to all Subordinated Indebtedness.
