Sending Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be given under this Security Agreement shall be sent by United States mail, telecopier, personal delivery or nationally established overnight courier service, and shall be deemed received (a) when received, if sent by hand or overnight courier service, or mailed by certified or registered mail notices or (b) when sent, if sent by telecopier (except that, if not given during normal business hours for the recipient, shall be deemed to have been given at the opening of business on the next Business Day for the recipient), in each case addressed to the Grantor at the address set forth on Exhibit A as its principal place of business, and to the Lender at the address set forth in the Credit Agreement.
