Send to D Clause Samples

Send to D. S Raider within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the Products to End User the Warranty certificate list which shall include inter alia: the identification details of the End User, the date of sale of the Products, classification of the Product and chassis number (product serial number). It is clarified and agreed that this is a condition precedent to the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty on the Products.
