SBC MISSOURI’s semiannual fees for attachments to SBC MISSOURI’s poles and occupancy of SBC MISSOURI’s ducts and conduits are specified in the Pricing Schedule. For all attachments to SBC MISSOURI’s poles and occupancy of SBC MISSOURI’s ducts and conduits, CLEC agrees to pay SBC MISSOURI’s semiannual charges as specified in Pricing Schedule.
