SELLER TESTING. All Engines shall be inspected and tested by Seller for conformity to the Specifications prior to shipment to the Buyer.
SELLER TESTING. Seller shall schedule and complete any RA Capacity Qualification Tests required by CAISO, the CPUC or any other applicable Governmental Authority pursuant to any Applicable Laws. Seller may also elect to test any Generating Unit at any time, subject to Section 7.03.
