Seller Standards. (a) The Parties acknowledge that prior to Closing certain Excluded Properties comprising documents defining and describing the Seller’s standards, processes, procedures, practices and policies related to (a) Seller’s Operating Management System and related documentation and (b) Seller’s Engineering Technical Practices and related documentation (collectively, the “Seller Standards”) were used in connection with ownership or operation of the Properties.
