Seller Response to Inspection Defect. If Seller is unable or unwilling to remedy the defect(s) to Xxxxx's 221 reasonable satisfaction before closing (or at a time otherwise agreed to by the parties), then Buyer may terminate this 222 Agreement or waive such defect(s) and the transaction shall proceed toward closing.
