Seller Pricing Errors Sample Clauses

The Seller Pricing Errors clause defines how mistakes in the seller's listed prices are handled in a contract or transaction. Typically, this clause allows the seller to correct pricing errors discovered after an offer is made or an order is placed, even if the incorrect price was initially communicated to the buyer. For example, if a product was accidentally listed at a much lower price due to a typographical error, the seller may notify the buyer of the mistake and adjust the price or cancel the order. The core function of this clause is to protect the seller from being bound by obvious pricing mistakes, ensuring fairness and preventing exploitation of accidental errors.
