Common use of Sell Clause in Contracts

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 and (ii) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 4.3, (ii) transfers among Guarantors and any transfer from a Guarantor to a Borrower, (iii) transfers among Borrowers, and (iiiv) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 and (ii) any other sales sales, leases, transfers or other dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions in the Ordinary Course of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 Business and (ii) any other sales or dispositions of expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions in the ordinary course of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly its business except as permitted by under Section 4.3 and (ii) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by of this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment Collateral to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 4.3, and (ii) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its their properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 4.3, (ii) sales or dispositions among the Borrowers and (iiiii) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.

Sell. lease, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its properties or assets, except (i) dispositions of Inventory and Equipment to the extent expressly permitted by Section 4.3 4.3, (ii) dispositions pursuant to a Permitted Supply Chain Financing and (iiiii) any other sales or dispositions expressly permitted by this Agreement.
