Self-Supply Sample Clauses
The Self-Supply clause allows a party, typically the buyer, to fulfill its own needs for goods or services by producing or sourcing them independently rather than purchasing exclusively from the supplier under the contract. In practice, this means the buyer is not obligated to buy all required products from the seller and may use its own facilities or third parties to meet its requirements. This clause provides flexibility for the buyer, prevents exclusivity, and ensures the buyer is not restricted if it can obtain goods or services more efficiently or cost-effectively elsewhere.

1. 77A Small Commercial Customer
Self-Supply. We have agreed that you or your guests may bring into and consume alcoholic drinks on the premises subject to the following conditions:
1. You or any other person attending your event may not sell alcohol on the premises. (To do so would be a contravention of the premises licence.)
2. You will oversee the consumption of alcohol and ensure that this does not lead to offensive behaviour.
Self-Supply. Franchisee may, upon prior written notice to BKC, invest in BKC approved suppliers and/or distributors to the Franchised Restaurant or request approval from BKC to become an approved supplier and/or distributor to the Franchised Restaurant. BKC shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of the Franchisee as a supplier and/or distributor to the Franchised Restaurant and/or other Burger King Restaurants. Franchisee expressly acknowledges and agrees, however, that the Franchisee must meet all of BKC's then current conditions for supplier and/or distribution agreements.

Self-Supply. If Hawaiian Electric desires to Self Supply, Hawaiian Electric shall designate such Self Supply volumes in its LSFO Nomination (“Self Supply Nomination”). Following the issuance of a Self Supply Nomination, Hawaiian Electric and Seller may enter into negotiations for Seller to supply the designated Self Supply volumes on mutually agreeable terms that are in accordance with this Agreement. If Hawaiian Electric and Seller do not reach an agreement on the Self Supply volumes within ten (10) Days of the issuance of the Self Supply Nomination, neither Seller nor Hawaiian Electric shall have any further obligation with respect to the Self Supply volumes desired by Hawaiian Electric in the applicable Self Supply Nomination.
