Self-Provided Services Sample Clauses
The Self-Provided Services clause defines the circumstances under which a party to the agreement may perform certain services for itself rather than relying on the other party. Typically, this clause outlines which services are eligible for self-provision, any required notifications or approvals, and how costs or credits are handled if services are self-performed. Its core function is to provide flexibility, allowing parties to meet their needs efficiently while clarifying responsibilities and financial arrangements when services are not sourced from the other party.
