Self-Help Restriction. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that, due to the “shared” nature of the Datacenter and the electrical and mechanical infrastructure serving same, Tenant shall not have the right to perform any of Landlord’s maintenance and/or repair obligations under Section 8.1, above (such a right is referred to herein as a “Self-Help Right”).
