Common use of Selective Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Selective Enforcement. In the event Secured Party shall elect to selectively and successively enforce its rights and remedies in respect of any of the Collateral, pursuant to any applicable agreements or otherwise, such action shall not be deemed a waiver or discharge of any other right, remedy, lien or encumbrance until such time as the Indebtedness shall have been paid in full.
