SELECTIVE CERTIFICATION POSITIONS. The provision applies to positions which have been approved for selective certification for special skills, pursuant to Civil Service Rule 7.9. Such positions which have the same special skill requirement shall be considered to be in a separate class for purposes of seniority and layoff.
