Retail grocery stores that carry authorized WIC Foods, dairy, meat, produce products, and household items and do not have any unresolved WIC sanctions and meet the Vendor Selection Criteria shall be eligible for participation, while stores with the WIC logo/service mark in the store names, WIC only stores and mobile stores are specifically ineligible.
