SELECTION OF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL. 1. Faculty Members shall be given an opportunity to be involved in criteria development for Faculty selection and the selection process of all Faculty Members with whom they will share assignments. Involvement will include recommending to the appropriate Administrator the scope of the search, necessary qualifications for the position and the Faculty membership of the selection committee. The unavailability of Faculty Members to exercise such an opportunity shall not bar the completion of the selection process.
