SELECTION AND QUALIFICATIONS OF ARBITRATORS. If no party to the arbitration makes a claim in excess of $1.0 million, exclusive of interest and attorneys’ fees, the proceedings will be conducted before a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the Rules.
