Selected Project. Interconnecting in the New York Control Area. The Actual Production associated with the ORECs for the Selected Project must either be (a) delivered into a market administered by the NYISO for end-use in New York State, (b) delivered through a wholesale meter under the control of a utility, public authority or municipal electric company such that it can be measured, and such that consumption within New York State can be tracked and verified by such entity or by the NYISO, or (c) delivered through a dedicated generation meter at the Delivery Point that shall be compliant with the requirements and standards stated in Section 5.3 of the NYGATS Operating Rules, as such rules may be amended or changed from time to time.

Related to Selected Project

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during each calendar month of the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment B. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID BUILDING / APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees.   • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Additional Improvements Common Area Operating Expenses shall not include Real Property Taxes specified in the tax assessor's records and work sheets as being caused by additional improvements placed upon the Industrial Center by other lessees or by Lessor for the exclusive enjoyment of such other lessees. Notwithstanding Paragraph 10.1 hereof, Lessee shall, however, pay to Lessor at the time Common Area Operating Expenses are payable under Paragraph 4.2, the entirety of any increase in Real Property Taxes if assessed solely by reason of Alterations, Trade Fixtures or Utility Installations placed upon the Premises by Lessee or at Lessee's request.
