Common use of Selected Dealers Agreements Clause in Contracts

Selected Dealers Agreements. (a) The Distributor shall have the right to enter into selected dealers agreements with securities dealers of its choice ("selected dealers") for the sale of Class C shares; provided that the Fund shall approve the forms of agreements with such selected dealers. Class C shares sold to selected dealers shall be resold by such dealers only at the net asset value determined as set forth in Section 3(b) hereof. The initial form of agreement with selected dealers to be used in connection with the continuous offering of Class B shares is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
